Dr. Robin Meier is a Texas-based Licensed Psychologist and former first responder with extensive experience providing clinical care in both community and inpatient settings. Specializing in trauma recovery, Dr. Meier supports clients in healing from deep emotional and psychological wounds rooted in experiences of combat/operational exposure, cumulative trauma, moral injury, vicarious and secondary trauma, abuse and/or neglect.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in a holistic perspective, viewing each client as a complex integration of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. By utilizing evidence-based modalities—including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)—she helps individuals address entrenched memories, feelings, thoughts, personality traits, and habits to overcome personal and relational challenges.

Dr. Meier’s comprehensive expertise is backed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) and Master’s degrees in both Clinical Psychology (MA) and Forensic Psychology (MA). Her unique background allows her to bring a multifaceted, compassionate lens to every individual’s journey toward lasting wellness.
