Using evidence/researched-based treatments, we provide expert psychotherapy and assessment for individuals, couples, families, and groups—helping those we serve navigate trauma and related disorders, relationship challenges, and life’s toughest transitions. While our doors are open to everyone, we are honored to provide priority care for Veterans and First Responders in recognition of their service.
Psychotherapy
We welcome you in a safe, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where you can find refuge from life’s storms. Our goal is to equip you with the tools to return to the world rejuvenated, hopeful, and strong. No matter the distress you face, we use research-supported methods to help you move from striving to thriving—finding wholeness, purpose, peace and freedom in your life.

Therapy may be scheduled in-person or virtually in 43 plus PSYPACT participating states (Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT)) with additional states pending legislation to join.

Psychological Assessment
Our clinical team offers comprehensive evaluations to provide clear diagnostic insights in measuring cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health. Clinical and Diagnostic Evaluations include personality, emotional, neuropsychological, intelligence (IQ), intellectual, neurodevelopmental (including ADHD and Autism) and achievement testing.
